show name: Kehr Carnett barn name: Kerry age: 7 gender: gelding breed: Holsteiner height: 16.3 color: bay disciplines: Hunters, Equitation personality:
Kerry is a big baby. He gets bored easily, which is why, even with very nice movement, he will never be a dressage horse. He has the temperament for the hunter ring, which, simply, is easygoing and unfazed. He's very friendly, and will be easy to ride, eventually.
show name: Surpriseisonourside barn name: Jack age: 11 gender: stallion breed: thoroughbred x Oldenburg height: 17.0 color: buckskin disciplines: eventing personality:
Jack is perhaps the best example of a stereotypical stallion in the world. He's overactive, loves to show off, and practically grows an inch whenever he's in the presence of a mare. Under saddle, he's a hell of an eventer, but in hand, you'd better have a chain and a strong voice. He hasn't ever hurt anyone, but he like to go greet every horse he passes and has a bad habit of spooking at the smallest things, and so for his safety and that of his handler, a chain is permanently attached to his lead.
show name: Why Not Now barn name: Winnie age: 9 gender: mare breed: Holsteiner height: 15.3 color: black disciplines: jumper personality:
Even if she's on the small side for a jumper, Winnie makes up for it in heart. In the ring, at least. At home, she requires a crop and spurs if you can get her to move at all. She knows exactly when she has to work, and if she doesn't have to, she's the most lazy thing in the world. Winnie is beginner-safe, but she's not known to give good rides to the smallest kids, even if she's their size; she just pulls through them and stops.
